Dr. Russinko likes the diverse population of patients that he comes in contact with on a daily basis. He also likes the challenge of treating the diversity in diseases that he sees on a regular basis. If he could schedule his own day he would rather spend his time in the operating room. He realizes that robotic surgical systems are a powerful tool and plans to incorporate them into surgical therapies for uroloigcal diseases. Ablative technologies have progressed beyond investigational and will continue to challenge extripative treatment for certain genitourinary cancers. For these reasons he will continue to apply cryosurgery for prostate cancer and renal masses when appropriate.

When Dr. Russinko is not treating patients or practicing medicine, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He also likes to golf, read, bike and run.
