Michael A. Del Terzo, M.D.
In 2004, Michael A. Del Terzo was recruited to join UAL. Dr. Del Terzo received his Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University in New York. He received his Master's Degree and Medical Degree from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. He completed his Internship from Northshore University Hospital in Manhassett, New York. He completed his residency with Geisinger Medical Center and University of Texas at Houston. While at Geisinger Medical Center he trained in General Surgery. When he was studying at the University of Texas at Houston his specialty was urology. During his residency program at The University of Texas at Houston he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Del Terzo also served in the Military as a Lieutenant Commander in the Medical Corps in the United States Navy. While in the Navy he was in Operation Desert Storm in Kuwait, Operation Desert Shield in Saudi Arabia and Operation Sharp Edge in Liberia. After completing his medical education, he became an Assistant Professor in the Division of Urology at The University of Texas - Health Science Center at Houston in Houston, Texas. He also served as Chief of Urology at The Institute for Rehabilitation and Research in Houston, Texas. Dr. Del Terzo spends considerable time with his family and enjoys reading to his six year old son.
